Main activities

Your adventure begins with hotel pickup in Dong Hoi City or the Phong Nha area before heading deep into the heart of the national park.
The first destination is the famous Paradise Cave, often called the “Underground Royal Palace.” After a scenic electric buggy ride through the forest, continue with a short walk to the cave entrance.
Inside, visitors are amazed by the enormous cave chambers, spectacular stalactites and magical limestone formations illuminated along the wooden walkway. Stretching deep underground, Paradise Cave offers one of the most breathtaking cave experiences in Vietnam.
Enjoy a delicious local lunch at a local restaurant and relax before continuing the afternoon adventure.
Continue to the exciting Dark Cave, one of the most adventurous attractions in Phong Nha.
Start the experience by flying across the river on a thrilling zipline before entering the cave equipped with a helmet and headlamp. Inside the cave, explore the mysterious darkness, walk through muddy passages, and enjoy the famous natural mud bath experience.
After leaving the cave, continue the fun with kayaking, swimming and water games surrounded by beautiful jungle scenery and emerald-green water.
The journey continues to Duck Tang Farm, a peaceful countryside stop where visitors can enjoy the relaxing rural atmosphere and join the fun duck-feeding activity loved by many travellers.

Children under 2 years old: A surcharge of 200,000 VND per child per day applies. Children will share bed and seat with parents; no separate bed or seat is provided.

Children’s age is determined based on the date of birth shown on official identification documents at the time of participation.

I. Booking & Payment Policy

Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total tour price is required upon booking.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be fully paid at least 7 days prior to the departure date.

Passenger List: Please send the finalized passenger list immediately after confirming the group.

III. Important Notes for Tour Participants

Identification: Passengers must bring a valid Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) or an original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).

Children aged 14 and above: Must present a valid Identity Card (CMND)/Passport for flight check-in, or an official Identity Verification Certificate using the prescribed form, valid for 30 days from the issue date (with no edits or erasures). Children travelling without parents must present a written authorization/consent form signed by parents and certified by local authorities for the accompanying adult.

Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese: Must bring an original valid Passport along with an entry Visa or Green Card with an entry Visa (attached to the passport, on a separate paper, or a visa exemption booklet). All documents must bear an official Vietnam entry stamp and remain valid throughout the tour.

VAT Invoice: Please inform our sales staff prior to booking if you require a VAT invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

Immediately after registration (more than 30 days prior to departure): Penalty of 100% of the deposit amount.

7 days prior to departure: Penalty of 50% of the total tour cost.

5 days prior to departure: Penalty of 75% of the total tour cost.

Within 5 days prior to departure: Penalty of 100% of the total tour cost.
