Detailed itinerary
Afternoon: Guests assemble at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. The tour guide will assist with departure procedures and board the flight to Canada, with a layover in Taiwan. Guests can rest and enjoy meals on board.
Evening: The aircraft lands at Vancouver Airport at 19:25 (local time in Canada, due to time zone differences). After completing immigration procedures, the guide will transfer the group to the hotel. Guests will enjoy a light dinner and rest, getting ready for the next day's exploration.
07:00: Guests enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
08:30: The group departs for Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, by ferry. Along the way, guests will have the opportunity to admire the stunning views of Vancouver Bay.
In Victoria, the group will visit prominent attractions:
- Butchart Gardens: One of the world's most famous gardens, over 100 years old, featuring Italian, Japanese, and multi-colored Rose gardens.
- Fairmont Empress Hotel: An ancient and grand symbol of Victoria; take photo opportunities outside the famous hotel known for its castle architecture and "green cloak" of ivy in spring and summer.

- Historic Gastown: Visit Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, famous for its vintage-style cafes and unique steam clock that emits pleasant chimes and signature steam clouds.

08:00: The group departs for Niagara Falls, one of the world's most famous natural wonders and a majestic symbol shared by the US and Canada.
09:00: Board the Maid of the Mist boat to experience a cruise at the foot of the falls, feeling the immense power of cascading waters and refreshing mist (Note: Cruise operates subject to weather conditions. In case of extreme weather or cold, the boat ride will be canceled to ensure safety and comfort).
12:30: The group has lunch at a local restaurant, continuing to enjoy the stunning landscapes of the Niagara Falls area.
14:00: Transfer to Niagara-on-the-Lake, one of Canada's most beautiful towns. Along the way, admire picturesque autumn scenery along one of the nation's most scenic drives.
Here, the group will visit a local winery to learn about the production of Canada's famous Icewine. Guests will also have the opportunity to taste this regional specialty, made from naturally frozen grapes to create a signature sweet flavor.
16:00: The group returns to Toronto for dinner at a local restaurant.
After dinner, transfer to the airport to complete departure procedures for the flight back to Vietnam, concluding an exciting journey through Canada.
05:00: The flight lands at Taipei Airport (Taipei). The group completes transit procedures for the connecting flight back to Vietnam.
Noon: The aircraft lands in Vietnam. The tour guide assists guests with immigration procedures and luggage retrieval. Concluding a wonderful journey, the guide bids farewell and looks forward to seeing guests on future trips.

- Transportation by international standard tourist buses & other means of transport suitable for the tour itinerary.
- Private vehicles for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in the US.
- Daily vehicle service limit of 12 hours/day; overtime will incur a surcharge of 200 USD/hour from the transport provider.

- Tour guide from the travel company throughout the journey from Vietnam for groups of over 15 passengers. In case the group departs with fewer than 15 passengers, you will travel and do airport procedures independently, with a tour guide welcoming the group in Canada (We will provide maximum information and coordination support so you can self-travel).

- CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
- Cancellation after deposit and registration will result in loss of deposit.
- Cancellation 45 - 30 days prior to departure: 70% of total tour cost.
- Cancellation 30 - 14 days prior to departure: 80% of total tour cost.
- Cancellation 14 days prior to departure: 90% of total tour cost.
- Cancellation within 14 days prior to departure: 100% of total tour cost.

- Successful visa application: you shall pay the remaining tour balance immediately after the visa results are available, and attend the group briefing, networking, and departure preparation.
- If unsuccessful, we will immediately refund your tour deposit after deducting the Canada visa service fee of 6,000,000 VND/person.
- The days mentioned above are working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. In case the tour or services are canceled due to objective reasons such as natural disasters, epidemics, or delays/cancellations of boats, trains, or flights, the company will refund the cost corresponding to unused services, and will be exempted from any other liabilities and expenses.
- In case of tour cancellation due to objective force majeure events like natural disasters, epidemics... the tour operator will not be responsible for any additional compensation other than refunding the tour cost.
- You must complete your document submissions at least 90 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
- Once the Visa is granted, you are not allowed to cancel the tour. If you cancel, you will bear the cancellation fee and have the Visa granted under the company's guarantee invalidated.
- In case you are denied exit or entry for personal reasons, the Travel Company will not be responsible and will not refund any tour costs.
- Depending on the visa issuance status of the Consulate and air tickets, the departure date may be postponed by 1 to 7 days compared to the original departure date.
*** The processing time for Canada visas at the Embassy takes an average of 1 to 3 months. The non-refundable visa fee is 6,000,000 VND/person if your Visa is denied (applicable for customers registered 90 days prior to departure). In case your Visa is approved but you do not use the Tour service, please pay a visa fee of 10,000,000 VND/person, which includes preparation costs and the visa invitation letter from the file.
