Detailed itinerary

  • DAY 1: HA NOI – PU LUONG (MEALS: - / LUNCH / DINNER)

    07:00: Bus and tour guide pick you up at Hanoi Opera House.

    07:30: Pick-up at 110 Tran Duy Hung and depart for Pu Luong – Thanh Hoa. En route, the bus stops at a rest area
    where you can have breakfast at your own expense. 11:30: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant, then check into your room.

    14:30: The vehicle takes you to the starting point of the mountain trekking journey. Walk along small
    trails through terraced rice fields and across a suspension bridge to visit Kho Muong village of the Thai ethnic group. Visit traditional Thai stilt houses to gain a deeper insight into the daily life
    of the locals. Admire the stilt houses and terraced fields to better understand local agriculture. Take check-in photos at Kho Muong Cave, known as the "Son Doong of Thanh Hoa".

    17:00: Return to rest and enjoy free time taking photos.

    19:00: Enjoy dinner, savor local wine, and relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains. Overnight stay at a
    homestay.

  • DAY 2: PU LUONG – HA NOI (MEALS: BREAKFAST / LUNCH)

    06:30: Enjoy breakfast while admiring the mountain scenery. After breakfast, board the vehicle. The bus takes you along small paths through terraced rice fields and across streams to visit the periodic market (Thursday, Sunday Market) to learn more about the lives of the Thai people. Afterward, visit Hieu Waterfall and the Water Wheels. 

    • Pho Doan Periodic Market (Thursday, Sunday) is a market dating back to the French colonial era in the Pu Luong Nature Reserve, preserving traditional highland Thai cultural identity. It is a hub for
      trading goods and socializing among ethnic minority groups such as the Muong and Black Thai
      , as well as locals from surrounding districts like Tan Lac (Hoa Binh), Quan Hoa, and Ba Thuoc (Thanh Hoa). 
    • Pu Luong Hieu Waterfall is one of the most beautiful destinations in Thanh Hoa. This famous eco-tourism site
      features stunning, pristine, and captivating natural scenery. Hieu Waterfall not only attracts tourists with its majestic streams flowing through the mountains, but also with its
      exciting activities and delicious culinary specialties rich in local cultural identity. 
    • Cham Stream Water Wheels are one of the icons of poetic Pu Luong. Nestled
      among pristine tropical mountain forests, the water wheels along Cham Stream have become an extremely popular tourist attraction for exploration and relaxation.

    12:00: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant.

    13:30: Depart for Hanoi, bidding farewell to Pu Luong.

    18:00: The bus returns you to the initial pick-up point. Farewell and see you again on future
    trips.

    time of booking. We highly appreciate your understanding, sympathy, and compliance with the regulations.
  • Surcharge for foreign tourists: 100,000 VND/guest
  • Tips for driver and tour guide
  • In case tourists are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide, they can voluntarily tip them. This tip is completely optional but traditionally at least 50,000 VND/guest/day. Mandated tip for foreign tourists: 3 USD/guest/day.

  • Immediately after registration (before 30 days of departure): 100% deposit penalty.
  • Before 7 days (prior to tour departure): penalty of 50% of total tour cost.
  • Before 5 days (prior to tour departure): penalty of 75% of total tour cost.
  • Within 5 days (prior to tour departure): penalty of 100% of total tour cost.
  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges apply for the group during Holidays and Tet.
