Korea Autumn Tour 5 Days 4 Nights from Saigon: Discover Seoul - Nami - Everland

• Prices are calculated for children sharing a bed with parents; if you require a separate bed for children, please pay 100% of the tour price. 
• Prices apply to customers from 12 to 69 years old. Those aged 70 and over are required to have a certificate of full health for traveling abroad issued by a competent medical authority, accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old, and must purchase voluntary insurance when participating in the tour program. 
• Prices apply to Vietnamese citizens. Foreign nationals please contact the sales department for more details. 
• Prices do not apply to private incentive groups in the following fields: healthcare, teachers, pupils, students, multi-level marketing, insurance, workers, monks, travel service-related dates, etc. The company will re-notify the pricing for groups in the above fields. 
• Prices are subject to change when airlines increase fuel surcharges and visa fees change. 
• Travel insurance does not cover losses arising from pre-existing illnesses or injuries, congenital diseases or defects, HIV/AIDS infection and AIDS-related diseases, chronic diseases whether discovered before or during the insurance period... 
• Guests submit their Passport. 
• The itinerary and flight times may change depending on the specific departure date. 
• Passport must be valid for more than 6 months (calculated from the departure date). 
• The itinerary order may change based on actual conditions, but all sightseeing spots are guaranteed. 
• Guests are not allowed to leave the group on their own during the entire journey. 
• The minimum number of departing guests is 10 or 15 people (depending on the unit price). If the number of departing guests is less, the price will be adjusted to fit the actual number or postponed to the next departure date. 
• In some cases, guests may still be denied entry into the host country (e.g., listed on the immigration blacklist), and the tour cost will not be refunded.
• If you have relatives in the host country who want to join the tour, please contact us before departure. During the trip, you are not allowed to automatically accept relatives or acquaintances onto the vehicle without a prior service agreement with us - we reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
• Any changes must be agreed upon with the tour leader; we do not accommodate individual changes. If the changes affect the itinerary or services (skipping sightseeing points, skipping services, etc.), you must accept the arising costs. Changes must be based on feasibility and actual circumstances.  
• General regulations require guests to be at the check-in counter at least 2 hours before departure for international flights and 1 hour for domestic flights. 
• Once the visa is granted, we will manage your visa until the group departs. You can visit our office to view the visa, or we will scan and send it to you. After the tour ends, if necessary, please return your Passport to the tour guide so we can present it to the Embassy as required. We will return the Passport to you immediately after presenting it to the Embassy.
• In case you are denied exit or entry for personal reasons, the company will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour price. 
• Depending on the profile of each client, you may be required to pay a deposit from 200,000,000 VND/guest to 300,000,000 VND/guest (upon request). This amount will be refunded when you return to Vietnam. If the company has requested a deposit and you do not pay it (even after obtaining the visa), this means you have not completed the payment procedure and it will be considered as self-cancellation. You will not be allowed to join the trip, and the company will apply penalties according to the Cancellation Policy section. 
• This is a pure group sightseeing tour. To ensure the safety and interests of customers, guests are not allowed to separate from the group during the entire sightseeing tour. If you separate from the group, an additional charge of 150 USD/person/day will apply.

I. TOUR BOOKING REGULATIONS.

• 1st installment: Deposit 60% of the tour price after registration.
• 2nd installment: Pay the remaining total tour amount 14 days before.
• Please send the finalized list immediately after closing the group.

III. NOTES WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THE TOUR:

• Overseas Vietnamese or foreigners who need a Vietnam re-entry visa, please bring 2 photos (4x6 cm). If you enter Vietnam with a loose-leaf visa, please bring the visa and the entry/exit declaration form during the tour. 
• Guests aged 70 and over are required to have a certificate of full health for traveling abroad from a doctor, a health commitment form with the company, and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old (in good health). In addition, guests over 75 years old please pay an additional premium insurance fee (fee varies depending on the tour). 
• Due to the nature of joined group tours, the company is responsible for collecting enough guests (15 adult guests or more) for the group to depart on schedule. If the group size is under 15 guests, the Company will notify guests 5 days before the departure date and negotiate a new departure date, or fully refund the amount to guests who registered previously. If you still wish to depart on the exact date, the company will merge the group with some other partners to run the tour on the date you registered.  
• Pregnant women of 5 months or more are not accepted on international tours for customer safety reasons (Guests registering for the tour are responsible for notifying the Company's staff if any family member is pregnant; the Company will not be held responsible if customers do not notify). 
• In case you are denied exit or entry for personal reasons (such as blurry or unclear images/information in original documents, expired passport, non-compliance with regulations, etc.), the Company will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour price. The Company's tour guide will assist and find the best solution for you, with all arising costs paid by the customer.  
• The Company will not be held responsible for guaranteeing sightseeing spots or compensating arising costs in the following cases: Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, terrorism, protests, etc. Aviation incidents: technical problems, security, rescheduling, cancellation, delay, or change of flight times, etc. Damage caused by the delay of group members. 
• Passports are required to be valid for more than 06 months up to the end date of the Tour, information in the passport must be clear & accurate (name, date of birth, passport number...) and ensure a full number of pages, not torn, patched, erased, stained, smeared with information, or other issues...  
• When registering, please bring your original passport and make a deposit of 50% of the Tour value or make a bank transfer. 
• For foreign guests holding a single-entry Vietnam visa, please pay an additional fee for Vietnam re-entry visa of 1,100,000 VND/guest and bring the loose-leaf visa + 2 photos (4x6 cm) with a white background for customs procedures upon returning. 
• Guests holding only a green card (temporary residence card abroad) without a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register to travel to a third country.
• Children under 16 years old with their own passport traveling with their biological Father or Mother must bring their birth certificate. In case of traveling with a relative who is not a biological parent, in addition to the birth certificate, an Authorization Letter co-signed by both parents agreeing for the relative to take the child abroad for travel and certified by local authorities must be submitted. 

IV. GENERAL POLICY FOR JOINED GROUP GUESTS

• Guests deposit 10,000,000 VND/guest immediately upon tour registration on regular days. Pay the remaining amount 10 days before departure. 
• Pay 100% of the tour price at least 10 working days before departure, or upon notification of visa approval. 
• Due to the nature of joined group tours, the departure schedule may change to another date if: 
• 07 days before departure, the group does not have the minimum number of 15 guests or more. 
• The scheduled departure date encounters force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, floods, war... 
• When you register for the tour more than 35 days in advance, we have already submitted the visa application, and if the visa is refused, the non-refundable processing fee in all cases is 1,700,000 VND/person. 
• When you register for the tour more than 25 days in advance, we have already submitted the visa application, and if the consulate refuses the visa, the non-refundable processing fee in all cases is 4,000,000 VND/person. 
• When you register for the tour within 25 days of departure, we have already submitted the visa application, and if the consulate refuses the visa, the non-refundable processing fee in all cases is 10,000,000 VND/person. 
• To meet the visa submission schedule, the company will urgently translate application files during the supplement period. If you cancel the tour before the visa is submitted to the Embassy, the company will charge a translation fee of 500,000 VND/file. The documents will be returned to you. 
• In case you are denied exit or entry for personal reasons, the company will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour price.
• In cases where you do not obtain a visa due to factors such as: failure to cooperate with the travel company to provide sufficient documents as required by the Embassy, having an interview appointment, having previously resided illegally in South Korea, committing illegal acts or violating entry/exit regulations, being subject to entry/exit bans without declaration... the non-refundable cost in all cases is 10,000,000 VND/person. 
• In cases where guests obtain a visa but do not depart on the correct date, the contract cancellation and refund conditions will apply.

V. SOUTH KOREA VISA PROCEDURES

• Complete valid documents at least 15 working days before the tour date.
• The following documents, unless noted as originals, must be NOTARIZED PHOTOCOPIES ON A4 PAPER AT THE WARD OF RESIDENCE within the last 3 months.

• For original passports, the Consulate General will keep them during the visa processing period and will return them to you immediately after the tour ends.

  Visa requirements for customers who self-prove financial capability.

• Passport valid for more than 6 months (original). If you have an old passport, please submit it together with the new one.
• 2 photos of 3.5x4.5cm – white background – note that photos must be taken within the last 6 months (please do not use scanned photos printed out).
• Household registration book (all pages), marriage certificate (if married).
• Identity card/Citizen ID (photocopy).

1. WORK PROOF DOCUMENTS

• For employees:
  • Labor contract (certified photocopy or copy with company stamp).
  • Salary confirmation for the last 3 months. If salary is paid via bank account, provide a 3-month salary account statement.
  • Leave application form. (If the travel time coincides with public holidays, a leave application form is not required)
  • Appointment decision or salary increase decision (certified copy or copy with stamp from current employer).
• For business owners:
  • Business registration certificate, Company establishment license (certified copy not older than 3 months at the time of visa submission).
  • Tax payment receipts for the last 3 months.
  • Company's bank account statements for the last 3 months.
• For retirees:
  • Retirement card (certified copy).
  • Pension booklet (certified copy).
• For Pupils and Students:
  • Pupil/Student card or confirmation of school enrollment. (If during summer vacation, provide merit certificates).
  • Leave request form for the travel period.
  • For newly graduated students, submit temporary graduation certificate or diploma.
• For freelancers (of working age):
  • Obtain employment confirmation from the ward/commune of residence.
  • Or prove through the spouse's employment (accompanied by marriage certificate or household registration book).

2.  FINANCIAL PROOF DOCUMENTS

• Photocopy of Savings Book with a minimum of 120 million VND/person (opened at least 01 month prior to the visa application date); additional proof of real estate ownership (red book) or automobile ownership is required (Land/house or car ownership certificate. Not mortgaged at the bank. Must be notarized at the ward/commune, and not older than 3 months at the time of submission).
• If the Savings Book has been opened for more than 03 months at the time of visa submission, no further financial proof is required.
• Original bank balance confirmation certificate (for the above savings book). Balance confirmation is only valid for 15 days from the date of issuance by the bank.

*** Note: Personal Savings Books must have a term of at least 3 months. Or for savings books with a 1-month term that have been opened for more than 3 months.

*** Declare personal information on the Vietnamese form.

If you have traveled to Europe, Australia, the US, or the UK within the past 2 years, you do not need to submit a Savings Book and Bank Balance Confirmation.

In case you travel alone and need to use the documents of parents/spouse to prove financial capacity, please contact our staff for further advice.

NOTE: The above are the procedures to apply for a visa according to the regulations of the Consulate General. Depending on each case, during the visa assessment process, the Embassy has the right to request additional documents from you if deemed necessary.

During the visa review process, the Consulate General may require you to be present at the Consulate for an interview.

TOUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• After confirming the tour registration, you must make a deposit of 10,000,000 VND/person, and the tour cannot be canceled.
• The processing time for the Consulate to issue a visa after receiving a complete application and submission is 11 working days. 
• More than 30 days before departure, name changes are free of charge. Cancellation fee = 50% of the total tour program price (including airfare). 
• From 15-29 days before departure, cancellation is not allowed. If canceled, the penalty = 75% of the total tour program price (including airfare). 
• Within 15 days of departure, cancellation penalty is 100% (including airfare).
