Detailed itinerary
07:00: The vehicle and tour guide pick you up from hotels in the Old Quarter, the Hanoi Opera House, and Gate 1 of the National Convention Center to depart for Mai Chau (Hoa Binh).
09:00: Short rest stop in Luong Son – Hoa Binh.
10:00: Stop at Thung Khe Pass to take photos and admire the majestic mountain panorama of Hoa Binh.
11:00: Arrive at Lac Village to enjoy a traditional local lunch. Relax and rest.
13:00 - 15:00: The local guide takes you on a walking tour to observe the daily life of the White Thai community around Pom Coong Village, Lac 1, and Lac 2 Villages; or you may explore Mai Chau Valley by electric buggy (rental fee at own expense) making a circuit around 8 villages of Mai Chau, visiting charming stilt houses to learn about their unique cultural heritage. The guide will lead you to local brocade stalls, where you can observe traditional Thai weaving techniques and purchase handcrafted souvenirs. Afterwards, enjoy free time to cycle, stroll around, shop, and take photographs.
18:00: Dinner is served. After dinner, spend the evening at your leisure or opt to participate in a cultural exchange show featuring campfires, traditional bamboo pole dance, and communal tube wine (expenses at own expense). Overnight stay in Mai Chau.
07:00: Breakfast is served. After breakfast, you can rent a bicycle to visit Van Village, situated right at the foot of Pu Van Mountain, home to the Thai ethnic community. If visiting on Sunday, you will have the opportunity to explore the lively Mai Chau morning market in the town center.
11:30: Enjoy lunch and relax at the stilt house.
15:30: Board the vehicle for the return journey to Hanoi. En route, make brief stops at Cao Phong to purchase local specialty oranges and Ba Vi for fresh milk products as gifts for family and friends.
18:30: Arrive back in Hanoi. Tour concludes. We look forward to welcoming you on your next journey!

- A 50% deposit of the tour fare is required upon booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled at least 07 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Immediately after registration (more than 30 days prior to departure): 100% deposit penalty.
- 7 days prior to departure: 50% penalty of the total tour cost.
- 5 days prior to departure: 75% penalty of the total tour cost.
- Within 5 days prior to departure: 100% penalty of the total tour cost.
- No refunds, cancellations, or date changes are applicable for group bookings during public holidays and Tet.
