Detailed itinerary
05:00 – 06:00: The bus and tour guide pick up the group and depart for breakfast.
06:00 – 08:00: Visit Truong Son Martyrs Cemetery – the largest national cemetery in Vietnam, the final resting place of over 10,000 heroic martyrs along the legendary Truong Son Trail. This is a sacred destination to pay tribute to and honor the sacrifice of past generations.
09:00 – 09:30: Visit the Duc Mieu Postal Communication Monument – a memorial honoring the postal and communication forces who played a vital role in the resistance war.
10:30 – 11:00: Offer incense at Cua Viet Cemetery – the resting place of many martyrs who fell during fierce battles in the heroic land of Quang Tri.
11:00 – 12:30: Have lunch at a local restaurant featuring rustic, authentic Quang Tri specialties.
12:30 – 13:30: Visit Quang Tri Ancient Citadel – a historic site associated with the fierce 81-day and night battle in 1972, often referred to as a "cemetery without headstones." This is a deeply moving destination on this journey back to our roots.
13:30 – 15:30: Incense offering ceremony, political activity, and the ceremony for admitting new Party members at Quang Tri Ancient Citadel.
15:30 – 18:00: Check in to the hotel and rest.
19:00: Attend the Gala Dinner at the hotel, socialize, and enjoy local cuisine.
07:00 – 08:00: Have breakfast at the hotel and prepare for the journey.
08:00 – 09:30: Travel to Phong Nha Cave – a World Natural Heritage site, known as the "World's Premier Cave Wonder." Guests will take a boat ride along the Son River, admiring the majestic and mystical scenery of the stalactite system and underground river.
09:30 – 11:30: Explore famous cave branches: Bi Ky, Cung Dinh, Tien, and Co Tien – home to magical stalactite formations created by nature over millions of years.
11:30 – 12:30: Have lunch locally in Phong Nha.
12:30 – 13:30: Continue the journey to Hava Valley – a new eco-tourism area featuring lush green landscapes, fun recreational games, and picturesque check-in spots amid mountains and forests.
13:30 – 15:30: Free time to experience activities at Hava: kayaking, visiting cool streams, swimming in the pool, and relaxing.
15:30 – 17:00: Return to the hotel to rest.
19:00: Have dinner at a restaurant along the romantic Nhat Le beach, enjoying fresh seafood.
Overnight at a hotel in Dong Hoi.
08:30: Sovaba's bus and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point in Dong Hoi City and depart to visit the tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap at Vung Chua Yen Island, where the legendary general rests in eternal peace. Upon arrival, guests will offer incense and pay tribute at the General's tomb. Afterwards, the group is free to sightsee and take commemorative photos.
11:00: Visit Da Nhay Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches in Quang Binh. Unique rock formations eroded by sea waves create an exceptionally picturesque sight. Here, visitors can freely strike a pose for gorgeous photo check-ins.
12:00: Rest and have lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, depart back to Dong Hoi, where the vehicle will drop you off at the train station, airport, or bus station. End of the 3-day 2-night Quang Binh tour.
