Detailed itinerary
05:30 – Sovaba vehicle and tour guide pick up guests in Dong Hoi. Begin the journey through the historic DMZ war zone along National Highway 1A – Ho Chi Minh Trail – National Highway 9.
07:30 – Visit Quang Tri Ancient Citadel
Visit the site of the fierce 81-day battle in the fiery red summer of 1972.
Offer incense to commemorate over 10,000 soldiers who bravely sacrificed their lives to defend the ancient citadel.

Stop at Dakrong Bridge – the starting point of the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail in Quang Tri province.
10:30 – Visit Ta Con Airfield (Khe Sanh)
Visit Ta Con Base – one of the most important strongholds of the US military in Khe Sanh.
Witness firsthand the wreckage of aircraft, tanks, underground bunkers, airstrip... still preserved almost intact.
The guide provides commentary on the 1968 Battle of Khe Sanh – a resounding victory that launched the Tet Offensive.12:00 – Lunch at a local restaurant
13:30 – Vinh Moc TunnelsExplore the nearly 2km tunnel system deep underground – where the entire Vinh Moc village lived, studied, and fought during years of fierce war. Experience underground living spaces where children were born amidst bombs and gunfire.
15:30 – Ben Hai River – Hien Luong Bridge
Arrive at the historic 17th Parallel – where the country was divided for 20 years.
Visit Hien Luong Bridge – Ben Hai River, the demarcation line exhibition house, and wartime artifacts.
Take photos at the painted line dividing the bridge – a sacred symbol of the desire for reunification.16:30 – Depart back to Dong Hoi. Vehicle transfers the group back to Dong Hoi.
19:00 – Vehicle takes the group to dinner at a local restaurant, followed by free time to explore Dong Hoi City at night.08:00 – Vehicle and tour guide pick you up to depart for Phong Nha Cave.
Phong Nha Cave – a World Natural Heritage site and the premier cave wonder in Quang Binh. You will arrive at the boat dock and cruise up the Son River to explore the cave.
Upon entering Phong Nha Cave, you will be overwhelmed by the magnificent beauty of stalactites and stalagmites formed over thousands of years. Soft lighting reveals the magical geological formations inside the cave, creating a mystical and spectacular landscape.
12:00 – Return to the central boat dock and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
13:30 – Have fun at Ozo Park, featuring a lush primeval forest, a unique destination offering the most extensive complex of treetop and water games in Phong Nha – Ke Bang.
14:00 – Stroll along the 999m winding wooden boardwalk shaded by ancient trees. Additionally, enjoy stream bathing, kayaking, SUP paddling, and relaxing in the fresh natural atmosphere. Take part in high-ropes adventure games such as aerial rope obstacles, walking on suspended rings, walking on wooden beams, and experiencing the feeling of being Spider-Man.16:00 – Return to Dong Hoi to rest.
18:30 – Dinner at a local restaurant.08:00 – Check out of the hotel, then depart for Vung Chua Yen Island, one of the famous attractions in Quang Tri. Here, you will:
Visit and offer incense at the tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap on top of Vung Chua Hill, set against beautiful and magnificent natural scenery.11:30 – Lunch at a local restaurant.
13:30 – End of the tour. The vehicle and guide say goodbye and look forward to seeing you on your

- Before 7 days (prior to departure): 50% of total tour cost penalty.
- Before 5 days (prior to departure): 75% of total tour cost penalty.
- Within 5 days (prior to departure): 100% of total tour cost penalty.
