• DAY 1: PHONG NHA – 20 QUYET THANG ROAD – AREM VILLAGE – KLING CAVE – RUC CA ROONG CAVE

  Morning

  • The journey begins with pick-up in Phong Nha, taking you along the historic 20 Quyet Thang Road — a legendary section of the Truong Son Road (Ho Chi Minh Trail) network.

  • Along the way, the group stops to pay respect at Tam Co Cave (Eight Ladies Cave), a national historic site commemorating the heroic sacrifice of eight youth volunteers during the war. Continue the trip to Y Te Cave (Nurse Cave) and listen to your guide share the touching story of the resilient female medic who stood fast on the battlefield to care for wounded soldiers amidst harsh wartime conditions.

  • Upon arriving at Arem Village, participate in a safety briefing and equipment check before entering the primeval jungle.

  • Begin trekking through lush green jungles, wading across clear streams, and traversing limestone pathways deep inside Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. Stop by Vom Cave — once a natural shelter for the Arem people — to learn about the history, customs, and unique way of life of one of the smallest ethnic minorities in Vietnam.

  Afternoon

  • Arrive at the campsite in Kling Cave and enjoy a delicious lunch amidst the pristine natural landscape.

  • Afterwards, continue with a short trek to Ruc Ca Roong Cave — an impressive cavern boasting a crystal-clear subterranean stream, massive limestone stalactites, and an utterly tranquil ambiance. Enjoy free time exploring the cave interior, strolling across natural rock formations and shallow streams.

  • Enjoy swimming in the stream, paddling SUP, or simply relaxing in the cool, refreshing water before returning to Kling Cave. Back at the campsite, pitch your tent on the fine sandy floor inside the cave and take time to rest, bathe in the stream, or take in the peaceful surroundings.

  Evening

  • Enjoy a warm, savory dinner right inside the cave, followed by group bonding activities, sharing fascinating stories with fellow travelers in this unforgettable natural setting. Overnight camping inside Kling Cave.

• DAY 2: A CU CAVE – AREM WALL – TREK BACK TO AREM VILLAGE – PHONG NHA

  Morning

  • Wake up to the refreshing sounds of the wilderness and enjoy breakfast at the campsite before beginning your next exploration.

  • Trek approximately 1.3 km to A Cu Cave — a limestone cavern hidden deep in the forest near Kling Cave. Stepping inside, you will admire breathtaking stalagmites and stalactites sculpted over millions of years. While exploring the cool caverns, the guide will share insights into the geological history and endemic ecosystem of the area.

  • Return to the campsite for lunch and a short rest before taking on the "Arem Wall Challenge" (optional activity). Standing at a height of approximately 30 meters, this exhilarating rock-climbing experience is conducted under the strict supervision of professional guides with certified safety equipment.

  • Following the activity, pack up camp and trek back to Arem Village along shaded jungle paths. A transfer vehicle will take you back to Phong Nha, concluding your memorable 2-Day 1-Night Arem Jungle Trekking & Cave Camping Expedition.
