Detailed itinerary
Morning: The tour guide will pick up the group at 175 Pham Ngu Lao, District 1 to depart for Cu Chi - the land of steel and brass. The tunnels were dug and built during the French and American resistance wars until the 1968 Tet Offensive, when the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam used this tunnel network to launch attacks on Saigon.
At today's destination, visitors will visit the Ben Dinh tunnels.
- After watching a documentary film, visitors will experience crawling through a 70m-long tunnel, which once sheltered thousands of soldiers and officers. Living, studying, and treating wounded soldiers in the past were also conducted through this tunnel system. This offers the most thrilling, exciting, and memorable experience when visiting the tunnels.
- Notably, upon emerging from the tunnel, visitors will enjoy steamed cassava served with sesame salt, a famous staple during the war. This food sustained thousands of soldiers during days of severe hardship and shortage. Additionally, visitors can observe local people making rice paper and rice wine, and even have the opportunity to shoot real guns at the shooting range (expenses at own account).
At the end of the half-day Cu Chi tour, visitors can purchase souvenirs such as bandana scarves, traditional southern shirts (ao ba ba), souvenir shirts, floppy bush hats, keychains… unique to Cu Chi as keepsakes or gifts for loved ones.
The vehicle and guide will transfer visitors back to the city, concluding the half-day tour of Cu Chi. The guide will say goodbye and look forward to seeing you on future journeys.

- On the day of departure, if you are not present at the pre-arranged time and place, or if the tour guide cannot contact you via the phone number provided and you do not proactively contact us to inform of any changes, such cases will be considered as a no-show and subject to a 100% penalty of the tour value.
