Quang Binh Tour 2 Days 1 Night: Paradise Cave - Mooc Spring/Hava/Chay River Dark Cave/Ozo Park - Nhat Le Beach - Vung Chua Yen Island

• DAY 1: PARADISE CAVE – MOOC SPRING / HAVA VALLEY / OZO PARK / CHAY RIVER - DARK CAVE (Lunch):

  Morning: 

  07:00 - 08:00: Sovaba Travel car and tour guide pick you up at the designated meeting point in Dong Hoi City or the Phong Nha area (hotel, train station, airport, bus station).

  08:00: Depart for Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park. Along the way, you will learn about the history, culture, and highlights of the region.

  09:00: Arrive at Paradise Cave, get off the vehicle to rest and prepare your personal belongings for the upcoming journey. Once all procedures are completed, Sovaba Travel's tour guide will pick you up by electric buggy to take you to the foot of the mountain. From here, you will begin conquering 500 winding man-made steps around the mountainside leading to the entrance of Paradise Cave. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes to prepare for the exploration, then continue your journey to admire the magical beauty inside the cave.

  10:00: Begin the journey to explore Paradise Cave. The tour guide will provide detailed information about the cave's formation history, from its discovery to studies highlighting its special value. Renowned as the longest dry cave in Asia, Paradise Cave hides a pristine beauty spanning over 31.4 km in length, up to 150m in width, and ceiling heights reaching 80m.

  During the tour, you will walk through inner sections where thousands of stalactites and stalagmites are illuminated by lights, creating a magnificent and grand scenery. The space holds the beauty of nature formed over millions of years, featuring mystical stalactite formations such as Thach Hoa Vien Palace, Giao Tri Palace, or Lien Hoa Tower, each with its own story and unique character to discover.

  You will have the opportunity to take souvenir photos beside these natural artworks while listening to the guide share the meaning and names of each unique stalactite formation. Every step deeper into the cave brings a new experience, allowing you to deeply feel the wild and mysterious beauty of the underground world.

  Noon: 

  11:30: Return to the parking lot and transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. The restaurant serves traditional specialties of the Quang Binh heritage site, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and authentic local flavors.

  Afternoon:

  • Option 1: Mooc Spring

  13:00: Visit Mooc Spring, considered a pristine and mystical emerald gem that attracts visitors every summer. Walking along the streams, you will admire rich flora and fauna. The vibrant, fragrant signature Vang Anh blossoms bring a refreshing feeling as you stroll across charming wooden bridges. Living up to its name "Mooc" (meaning "sprouting"), the water here naturally gushes out from underground vents at the foot of the mountain. Because of this, the water stays at a refreshing 16 - 18°C, making it extremely cool and exciting for summer heat relief.

  14:00: Immerse yourself in the cool blue water at Mooc Spring, a wonderful experience under the warm summer heat. Besides stream bathing, you can also join fun recreational activities such as kayaking, suspension bridge jumping, and swimming races.

  • Option 2: Hava Valley.

  13:00: Explore the Hava Emerald Valley.

  13:30: Discover Golden Pebble Bay, a fantastic choice for those who love kayaking or SUP paddling along the Chay River. Admire the natural rock formations—a natural masterpiece in the middle of the river that resembles a painting. Water flowing for millions of years has sculpted unique and captivating rock shapes, like a miniature version of Ha Long Bay.

  14:00: River swimming, immerse yourself in the cool, clear water, splash around freely, and feel as though life's worries are being washed away.

  14:30: Zipline gliding, often called a game of overcoming yourself; features three zipline lanes you shouldn't miss with your teammates. Experience the longest 2-lane high-speed slide in Quang Binh. Enjoy high-thrill bridge jumping with three different speeds. Observation deck 25m above the water: From this height, capture breathtaking scenic moments of Hava!

  15:30: Challenge yourself with the 600m water-landing Zipline (at own expense, surcharge: 100,000 VND/guest).

  • Option 3: Ozo Park.

  13:00: Check in at Ozo Park, featuring a lush primary forest, which is a unique destination boasting the most diverse treetop and water activity complex in Phong Nha – Ke Bang.

  14:00: Stroll along the 999m-long, gently winding wooden walkway under the shade of ancient trees. Additionally, enjoy stream bathing, kayaking, SUP paddling, and relaxing in the fresh natural air.

  • Option 4: Chay River - Dark Cave.

  13:00: Continue the journey to explore the Chay River - Dark Cave route. Experience kayaking on the Chay River, winding through magnificent limestone cliffs. The emerald-blue water of the Chay River paired with surrounding limestone mountains forms a majestic, romantic natural landscape.   14:30: Explore Dark Cave. One of the most pristine and mysterious caves, measuring nearly 6,000m in length and 80m in height. Equipped with headlamps and specialized gear, explore underground river systems and admire diverse, unique stalactites.   Late afternoon:

  16:30: Say goodbye to Phong Nha - Ke Bang, board the vehicle and return to Dong Hoi.

• DAY 2: VUNG CHUA – HOANH SON QUAN – DA NHAY BEACH – SAND DUNES (Breakfast, Lunch):

  05:30: The car picks you up at the hotel and departs for Quang Phu Sand Dunes – an ideal spot for sandboarding and photography in Quang Binh. Located right next to the clear blue Nhan Trach coast, from the top of the sand dunes you can take in panoramic views of the eastern sky and sea, as well as the city to the southwest. Immerse yourself in the vast expanse of soft, white sand.

  07:00: The vehicle transfers you back to the hotel to rest.

  08:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then pack your luggage and complete check-out procedures.

  08:30: Depart to explore the cluster of scenic attractions in northern Quang Binh.

  First, visit Vung Chua - Yen Island, located 7 km south of Ngang Pass, to offer incense in memory of General Vo Nguyen Giap. Here, learn about the scenic beauty of Vung Chua - Yen Island and stand atop Tho Son Mountain to gaze out at the vast sea and sky in a tranquil, open atmosphere, gaining insight into why the General chose this peaceful resting place.

  Continue the journey to Ngang Pass, a natural boundary between Ha Tinh and Quang Binh provinces, famous in Vietnamese poetry and literature.

  Following the winding 3 km mountain pass road, the group reaches the peak of Ngang Pass. Visit "Heaven's Gate," the historical landmark of Hoanh Son Quan—a brick and stone gate built in 1833 during the reign of King Minh Mang to control pass crossings. From the summit of Ngang Pass, admire the majestic mountain landscapes and immense sea and sky.

  Offer incense and pray for peace at the Lieu Hanh Princess Temple, an architectural work rich in East Asian style and Vietnamese spiritual culture.

  11:30: Rest and enjoy lunch at Da Nhay Beach Restaurant.

  14:00: Free time to swim and take photos at Da Nhay Beach, one of Quang Binh's famous scenic destinations. A pristine beach featuring sea-eroded rock formations jutting out into the sea in various unique shapes.

  15:30: The car and tour guide take you on a tour to admire the peaceful scenery of beautiful Dong Hoi City and visit meaningful historical sites such as: Quang Binh Quan Gate, Dong Hoi Citadel, Mother Suot Monument, Tam Toa Church Relic, Ho Chi Minh Square, Museum...

  16:30: At the scheduled time, transfer to the meeting point for drop-off in Dong Hoi.
