DOCUMENTS TO PREPARE WHEN ENTERING THAILAND:
1. Passport valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the trip, intact, with no erasures or damage.
2. Please take a photo of your passport as shown in the guide on the side for convenient Thailand pass/entry declaration. The photo must be clear, showing the full passport page, with no cropped corners, reflections, or glare.
NOTES ON DOCUMENTS AND HEALTH
FOR FOREIGNERS (WITHOUT VIETNAMESE PASSPORT):
Please bring the following documents when registering for the tour and to the airport on departure day:
- Vietnam entry visa (if any) so the consultant can check and advise better. In case a new Vietnam entry visa is required upon tour completion, please pay an additional 1,500,000 VND/Guest/Single entry visa (This cost is subject to change at the time of visa processing).
- Bring your Vietnam Visa to the airport on the day of departure.
- Bring your entry customs declaration card, visa documents, and 2 passport-sized photos (4x6cm).
- Guests with dual citizenship must bring both passports when booking and during the tour.
REGULATIONS FOR PREGNANT WOMEN - CHILDREN AND ELDERLY GUESTS:
- Pregnant women: Please bring a bilingual pregnancy check-up certificate to the airport on the departure day. For unclear details, please contact the consultant for more specific advice based on the pregnancy week of each specific case.
- Children:
- Please bring the original birth certificate or a certified copy with a red seal as regulated when taking the tour.
- If the child is not accompanied by parents, they must have:
- Original birth certificate or certified copy with a red seal as regulated.
- Authorization letter with stamp and confirmation signature from the local police authority of residence. Ensure there are 2 stamps: 1 stamp across the photo and 1 red stamp where the signature is.
- For elderly guests (from 70 years old and above):
Guests aged 70 and above are required to have a health certificate for traveling abroad issued by a doctor and a health commitment form signed with the Company. They must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old, and should:
- Undergo a health check-up before the tour.
- Bring personal special medications for underlying conditions (if any) such as high/low blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.
- The company is exempt from liability as well as any expenses in all situations arising in connection with the customer's health.
OTHER NOTES:
- Please read carefully the program, tour price, inclusions, and exclusions listed in detail in the itinerary.
- Guests must arrive at the airport on time as notified by the Tour Guide.
- After completing the check-in procedure, please proceed to the immigration area and go to the boarding gate on time as printed on the boarding pass.
- If guests wish to detach from the group or skip sightseeing spots, you must inform the tour consultant in advance, and the company will notify whether it is permitted (surcharges may apply).
- In case you are denied exit from Vietnam or entry into the destination country due to personal/legal reasons, the Company will be exempt from liability, and the cancellation policy mentioned above will apply.
- Children share beds with parents. Each family can only accompany 1 child; the 2nd child pays the adult rate. Costs and inclusions for children will follow the description above.
- Depending on actual conditions, the order of the sightseeing itinerary may change accordingly, but all attractions in the program are guaranteed. In case of unexpected circumstances arising from the destination (temporary closure, renovation, or other specific objective reasons notified by the guide), the Company will replace it with another suitable spot on the route.
- All flights depend on the airline, so in some cases, flight times may change without prior notice. The company will coordinate with the airline to resolve the issue.
- The company is exempt from liability in case of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical failures, weather issues, or third parties failing to provide services due to objective reasons, leading to flight changes, cancellations, delays, or inability to visit planned sites. In these cases, the Company will work with relevant parties to refund costs to guests where possible, after deducting services already rendered (such as visa fees for foreigners, airfares, hotel costs, etc.), and is not responsible for any other compensation or related insurance claims (the Company will represent the guest to work with the insurer and provide feedback).
- All images taken during the tour may be used by the travel company for promotional purposes. If you do not agree, please notify the Tour Guide before the tour departs.
- The Company does not cover costs related to the Covid-19 epidemic. Guests must pay for any expenses arising from other diseases, if any.
- Conditions for departure: The tour requires at least 10 adult guests (children from 11 years old are counted as adults). If there are fewer than 10 guests, the departure date will be postponed, or if it still departs, an organizational surcharge will apply depending on the number of guests, considered 10 days prior to departure.
- For any insurance claims (if any), you must keep all original documents and invoices. The Company will coordinate to submit them to the insurer. All decisions regarding costs will be made and notified by the insurance company. The Company is completely exempt from liabilities related to Insurance. The Insurance Company will be responsible for addressing client inquiries and feedback. The Company will assist in providing the previously purchased insurance contract to the guest upon request.
