06:00: Sovaba Travel's car and tour guide pick up guests at the meeting point in Quang Binh, departing for Laos. Travel along National Highway 12A through Cha Lo border gate (Dan Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district, Quang Binh province) into Laos.
12:00: Arrive in Laos, stop for a rest and have lunch at a local restaurant in Thakhek. Enjoy famous dishes such as: Tam mak houng (papaya salad), Laap (minced meat salad), Khao piak sen (rice noodle soup), Khao niao (sticky rice), and Pha Phaen (pancake),...
