• 08:00 – Pick up in Dong Hoi

  The car and tour guide will start picking up guests at hotels in Dong Hoi city center. Along the way, you will be introduced to a brief history of the Truong Son Trail and touching stories from the resistance war period.

• 09:30 – Pick up in Phong Nha area and transfer to Command Cave

  Afterwards, the group will continue the journey to Commander Cave – a site steeped in history, located deep within the vast Truong Son forest, closely linked to the vital arterial road named "Route 20 – Quyet Thang".

• 10:30 – 180-minute experience exploring the legendary “K Route” and Commander Cave

  The trekking tour starts from the transit station. Beneath the primeval forest canopy, you will retrace the footsteps of soldiers from the past along the “K Route” – a top-secret route once camouflaged to transport weapons, food, and medical supplies to the Southern battlefield.

  Explore Commander Cave – a natural cave transformed into a 7-story military base, which served as a venue for strategic meetings, storage for food and medical supplies, and a crucial wartime shelter.

  Join the VR360 virtual reality experience – sit aboard a 3-axle ZIL military vehicle and relive the intense feeling of crossing hills and dodging bombs on the fierce supply route.

• 12:30 – Lunch at a local restaurant

  Enjoy an authentic Quang Binh meal featuring regional specialties, recharging your energy for an afternoon of exploring nature.

• 13:30 – Visit Phong Nha Cave – World Natural Heritage Site

  After lunch, the group transfers to the boat dock to begin the journey to explore Phong Nha Cave – one of the most beautiful and famous caves in Vietnam.
  Board a boat cruising down the poetic Son River into the heart of the limestone mountains to admire the magnificent system of stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years.

  Phong Nha Cave boasts the longest underground river in Southeast Asia, a masterpiece of nature and time that leaves every visitor in awe.
