Main activities

Sovaba Travel's car and tour guide pick up guests at designated meeting points in Dong Hoi, the train station, airport, and bus station. The group departs for Le Thuy to begin the journey to explore Cha Loi Cave.
Along the way, the group will stop at Long Dai Ferry Terminal, where you can visit and burn incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the memorial temple. This is a meaningful stop, offering guests moments of reflection and gratitude.
The adventure journey begins with activities such as trekking, climbing, crawling, and swimming through unique cave sections. You will conquer over 5km of caves with pristine, majestic, and challenging landscapes. The tour guide will accompany you throughout and help capture beautiful, memorable moments during the trip.
After trekking and exploring the cave, the group will stop to rest and enjoy lunch amidst nature, recharging energy for the next stage of the journey.
The tour guide will take you to Coi Da Village, where you can explore Love Valley set within endless green meadows. Here, visitors can swim in cool streams, immerse themselves in the beautiful natural scenery, and take photos to their heart's content.
After visiting and enjoying relaxing moments in the valley, the vehicle will transfer you back to Dong Hoi, concluding an exciting Cha Loi Cave exploration program.

Tips for the driver and tour guide:
In case guests are satisfied with the service of the driver and guide, they may voluntarily tip them. This tipping amount is completely optional but typically starts at a minimum of 50,000 VND/guest/day.
Standard tip for foreign tourists: 3 USD/guest/day.

Children under 2 years old: Free services, baby shares bed with parents.
Children from 2 to under 6 years old: Free services, baby shares bed with parents. Parents directly pay for any incurred expenses for the child: meals, lodging, entrance tickets... Two adults are allowed to accompany only 1 child. From the second child onwards, a surcharge applies: Ticket price at the current time + 50% of the tour price.
Children from 6 to 11 years old: 75% of the tour price. Separate meals, private seat on the vehicle, shares bed with parents (Two adults can only accompany 1 child; from the second child, 100% of the tour price applies with the same services as an adult).
Children from 11 years old and above are charged as adults.
The child's age is calculated based on their date of birth.
Surcharge for foreign tourists: 250,000 VND/person/day.

The remaining balance must be settled 7 days prior to the departure date.

III. IMPORTANT NOTES WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THE TOUR:

Guests must bring a valid National ID Card / original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Note: Children over 14 years old are strictly required to have an ID card/Passport for boarding procedures, or a certified Identity Confirmation form as regulated, valid within 30 days from the certification date (no corrections or erasures allowed). Children not accompanied by parents must have a commitment letter (or consent form) from a parent, certified by the local authority, authorizing the accompanying person.
Foreign nationals or Overseas Vietnamese: Please bring your original Passport along with a valid Entry Visa or Green Card with Entry Visa (visa stamped on the passport, separate visa sheet, or visa exemption booklet; these documents must bear a Vietnam entry stamp and remain valid during the tour).

Immediately after registration (prior to 30 days before departure): 100% of deposit penalty.
Prior to 7 days (before departure): penalty of 50% of total tour cost.
Prior to 5 days (before departure): penalty of 75% of total tour cost.
Within 5 days (before departure): penalty of 100% of total tour cost.
No refunds, cancellations, or changes applicable for group bookings during Public Holidays and Tet.
