Detailed itinerary
Guests gather at the office (15A Phan Boi Chau). Here, the tour guide and local driving team will welcome guests, distribute high-quality helmets, and briefly review safety regulations before officially setting off.
The group departs from the office to head to Cat Quang Binh cafe. Kick off the culinary journey by cooling your palate with a unique Cactus Tea (or choose another beverage of your choice from the menu). This specialty drink is made from cacti growing right on the white sand dunes of Quang Binh. The tea has a naturally refreshing, slightly tangy flavor and serves as an antioxidant-rich folk remedy that is extremely effective for beating the heat.
Here, the guide will also introduce some unique culinary culture and the rustic lifestyle of the people of Dong Hoi.The group moves to 02 Duong Van An. Guests will enjoy hot, crispy grilled rice paper (often dubbed the Vietnamese version of Pizza) paired with sweet and sour pickled ambarella or mango to stimulate the taste buds. Immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere and learn about the local youth street snack culture, especially the uniqueness of local bread carts and sidewalk food stalls.
Savor authentic Quang Binh specialties such as crispy Banh Xeo (sizzling pancakes), Banh Khoai (crispy fried rice pancakes), fragrant lemongrass Nem Lui (grilled pork skewers), or Banh Cuon (steamed rice rolls). The guide will reveal the secrets behind selecting fresh ingredients at the eatery and show you how to wrap and dip properly to fully enjoy the dishes like a true local.
