From the 2nd child onwards, a surcharge applies: ticket price at that time + 50% of the tour price.

III. IMPORTANT NOTES WHEN JOINING THE TOUR:

Guests must bring a valid Citizen Identity Card / original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Note: Children over 14 years old are required to have an ID card/passport for boarding procedures or an official identity confirmation document according to the prescribed form, valid for 30 days from the confirmation date (document must not be edited or crossed out). Children traveling without parents must carry a commitment letter (or consent form) from their father or mother certified by local authorities authorizing the accompanying guardian.
Foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese: When taking the tour, please bring your original passport with an entry visa or a green card with an entry visa (visa attached to the passport, loose-leaf visa, or visa exemption certificate; these documents must bear a Vietnam entry stamp and remain valid according to regulations throughout the tour).
Guests who require a VAT invoice, please notify the sales consultant in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Immediately after booking (more than 30 days before departure): 100% forfeit of deposit.
7 days prior to tour departure: 50% fee of the total tour cost.
5 days prior to tour departure: 75% fee of the total tour cost.
Within 5 days prior to tour departure: 100% fee of the total tour cost.
No refunds, cancellations, or date changes are applicable for groups during Public Holidays and Tet.
