• Children under 2 years old: Complimentary services, sharing a bed with parents.

• Children from 2 to under 5 years old: Complimentary tour services, sharing a bed with parents. Parents cover any additional expenses incurred: meals, accommodation, entrance tickets, etc. Each pair of adults may accompany only 01 child free of charge. From the 2nd child onward, surcharge applies: Ticket price at the time of booking + 50% of the tour price.

• Children from 5 to 8 years old: 75% of the tour price. Includes separate meals, dedicated vehicle seat, and sharing a bed with parents (Each pair of adults may accompany only 01 child under this rate; from the 2nd child onward, 100% of the tour price applies with adult services).

• Children aged 9 and older: Charged as adults.

• Child age is calculated strictly based on date of birth (day-month-year).

I. BOOKING REGULATIONS:

• A 50% deposit of the tour price is required upon booking.
• The remaining balance must be settled 07 days prior to the departure date.
• Please provide the finalized guest list immediately after booking confirmation.

III. IMPORTANT TOUR NOTES:

• Age restriction: 12 years old and above.
• Adventure level: Moderate to challenging.
• Guests must bring a valid Citizen Identity Card / Original birth certificate (for children under 14 years old).
  • Note: Children over 14 years old must hold an ID card / Passport for flight procedures or an Identity Verification Certificate issued under regulations (valid within 30 days of issuance, free of erasures or alterations). Children not accompanied by their parents must carry a written authorization letter from their parents certified by local authorities.
• Foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese: Please bring your original passport along with a valid entry visa or temporary residence card (Visa affixed to passport, loose-leaf visa, or visa exemption certificate; all documents must bear valid entry stamps into Vietnam and remain valid during the tour).
• If you require a VAT invoice, please notify our travel consultant in advance.

IV. WHAT TO PREPARE: 

• Lightweight, breathable, and quick-drying clothing; long-sleeved garments are recommended to prevent insect bites
• 1 pair of long socks (calf-length and thick; low-cut socks are not recommended)
• 1 brightly colored swimwear set
• 1 backpack for personal belongings: insect repellent, sunglasses, hat, camera, undergarments, personal toiletries, sunscreen, and swimwear…

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Immediately after registration (more than 30 days prior to departure): 100% deposit fee applies.
• 7 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee of the total tour cost applies.
• 5 days prior to departure: 75% cancellation fee of the total tour cost applies.
• Within 5 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost applies.
• Cancellations, refunds, or date changes are not applicable during Public Holidays and Tet.
