Detailed itinerary

• DAY 01 SAIGON – MY THO – DONG THAP – CHAU DOC (3 Meals)

  06:00 – 06:30:  Our vehicle picks you up at the meeting point and departs for TIEN GIANG, beginning the 4-DAY MEKONG DELTA TOUR. You will enjoy breakfast in My Tho, then continue the journey to 30/04 Pier to board a boat and cruise along the river for sightseeing. 

  The boat docks to take you to visit TRADITIONAL HONEYBEE FARMING VILLAGES and sample products made from honey, such as royal jelly, pollen, etc. 

  visit a COCONUT CANDY FACTORY, where you can directly observe the production process and sample fresh products. 

  Next, relax and enjoy seasonal orchard fruits, sip tea, and listen to a SPECIAL PERFORMANCE OF SOUTHERN VIETNAMESE FOLK MUSIC (DON CA TAI TU). Then, head to the boat dock to board a hand-rowed sampan along the canal under cool coconut canopies, taking in the orchard scenery with fruit trees like durian, longan, pomelo, and sapodilla. 

  Noon: Enjoy an Orchard Lunch at a restaurant featuring authentic Southwestern flavors with signature Mekong Delta dishes. You will find them unique and exceptionally delicious, and also get to taste a refreshing drink made from breadfruit (Sake) leaves.

  Afternoon: The boat returns you to My Tho Pier, where you board the vehicle to continue the 4-day Mekong Delta Tour to the next destination, CHAU DOC. The journey takes you across the western countryside, passing through Dong Thap landmarks such as Sa Dec, Lai Vung, Cao Lanh, and the Long Xuyen Quadrangle... Upon arrival in Chau Doc City, check in to your hotel.

  Evening: Arriving in CHAU DOC, check into your hotel, have dinner, and freely explore Chau Doc City at night. You can sample An Giang's famous pomelo sweet soup. Wishing you a wonderful evening full of great memories. 

• DAY 02 CHAU DOC – TRA SU – CAN THO (3 Meals)

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The next destination in the 4-day Mekong Delta Tour is Sam Mountain to visit:

   BA CHUA XU TEMPLE, THOAI NGOC HAU TOMB, TAY AN ANCIENT PAGODA

  ...Then continue towards Tinh Bien along the Vinh Te Canal, passing the Seven Mountain Range (That Son) – Cam Mountain, Ket Mountain, and unique Khmer pagodas. Arrive at Nha Bang District, then enter TRA SU CAJEPUT FOREST.  

  Begin exploring the stunning flooded cajeput forest ecosystem in the morning according to the itinerary. Take a 500m walk from the parking lot to the boat pier, then take a motorboat (tac rang) for about 10 minutes along the shaded canal inside the cajeput forest, taking in picture-perfect views until reaching the first stop. 

  The motorboat cuts through the water into the lush green cajeput forest with breathtaking scenery. The water surface is covered with a soft green carpet of duckweed.

  resembling giant green carpets covering the entire forest. In the cool air, the boat glides gently, giving an indescribable uplifting feeling; life slows down, and happiness perceptibly rises. Put aside the worries of daily life and enjoy the refreshing feeling of being amidst wild, magnificent nature. Here, you can watch fearless wild birds foraging on the green duckweed. 

  After a loop of exploration, the boat brings you back to the pier to transition to the next part of the journey. The motorboat glides along the single track through the forest to the next stop. Here, you can climb the observation tower for a panoramic view of Tra Su Cajeput Forest, walk along dirt paths through the forest to capture beautiful photos, and take pictures of the bridge spanning the canal. Afterward, head to the restaurant area in the wild, which features romantic clusters of small stilt houses tucked into the forest. 

  In addition, visit the TEN-THOUSAND-STEP BAMBOO BRIDGE AND PIGEON HOUSE, where you will capture stunning photos.

  Noon: Enjoy a rustic lunch with authentic local dishes such as: Grilled snakehead fish or grilled chicken with salt and chili, steamed chicken with kaffir lime leaves, sour fish hotpot, stir-fried rice paddy herb, braised climbing perch with pork in a clay pot.... After lunch, the motorboat takes you back to the pier, concluding the tour of Tra Su Cajeput Forest.

  Afternoon: The bus transfers you to CAN THO, arriving in Tay Do, the most bustling area in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival in Can Tho, check in to your room.

  Evening: Have dinner on the CAN THO CRUISE RESTAURANT, watch magic shows and enjoy musical interactions. You can request and perform songs on board, savor Mekong Delta specialties, and listen to smooth southern folk melodies on the poetic Hau River... When the boat docks, feel free to explore Tay Do at night.

• DAY 03 CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – SOC TRANG – CA MAU CAPE (3 Meals)

  Morning: Wake up early at 05:00 – 05:05 to visit CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET, one of the busiest and most famous floating markets in Can Tho. This is a wholesale market trading goods on the river, especially vegetables, roots, and seasonal fruits... Return to the hotel for breakfast, check out, and board the vehicle to depart for CA MAU.

  Noon: Stop at a Soc Trang rest stop to purchase local specialties. Upon reaching Nam Can – Ca Mau, enjoy lunch and rest.

  The vehicle takes the group to explore CA MAU CAPE – admire the rich mangrove forest ecosystem along the way... Arrive at Ca Mau Cape – the sacred southern end of the Vietnamese map. 

  Proceed to the SHIP-SHAPED PANORAMA FACING THE EAST SEA. The sail displays the coordinates of Ca Mau Cape, a favorite photo spot for visitors. Enjoy 15-20 minutes of free time for sightseeing and photo check-ins.

  Next, visit the LAC LONG QUAN MOTHER TEMPLE AND AU CO MOTHER STATUE at the southernmost land of the Fatherland – a place where “land expands, forests move, and seas multiply”, inspiring immense pride. Here, you can offer incense to pay respects to our ancestral ancestors.

  Then, stroll along a small trail weaving through the mangrove forest to reach the HANOI FLAG TOWER at Ca Mau Cape, built to replicate the ancient Hanoi Flag Tower architecture tied to the thousand-year history of Thang Long - Hanoi. 

  The Hanoi Flag Tower at Ca Mau Cape possesses high artistic value and beautiful architecture steeped in cultural and historical significance, affirming sovereignty at the southernmost tip of the Fatherland while highlighting environmental, scenic, and cultural heritage values of Dat Mui Ca Mau. Take photos here as a souvenir. 

  Continue walking to CHECK IN AT NATIONAL COORDINATE MARKER GPS 0001 (KILOMETER 0), one of the four cardinal extreme points marking the sacred land sovereignty of Vietnam. The North pole is Lung Cu Flag Tower (Ha Giang), the West pole is Apa Chai (Muong Nhe, Dien Bien), the East pole is Mui Doi (Van Ninh, Khanh Hoa), and the South pole is the GPS 0001 national coordinate marker (Dat Mui, Ca Mau). 

  Take photos with the CA MAU CRAB SYMBOL, constructed from high-durability composite material suitable for Dat Mui's weather conditions. The crab measures 5m x 2.8m x 1.72m.

  Evening: Have dinner at a restaurant, then freely explore Ca Mau City at night. Overnight at the hotel. 

• DAY 04 CA MAU – BAC LIEU – SOC TRANG – HCM (2 Meals)

  Breakfast at the hotel, check out, then board the vehicle for Bạc Liêu to visit TAC SAY CHURCH- VISITING THE TOMB OF FATHER TRUONG BUU DIEP – a famous priest regarded as a saint dispensing blessings to those who believe and pray.  

  The group continues to visit the BAC LIEU PRINCE HOUSE - Not only displaying western architectural beauty, this place also preserves relics and memories of the famous Bac Lieu Prince.

  Next on the journey, visit the WIND FARM FIELD – BAC LIEU WIND POWER PLANT considered the largest wind power project in the country and the first offshore wind farm in Southeast Asia. Here, view 62 giant turbine towers along the vast coastline... OR BAC LIEU MOTHER NAM HAI (GUANYIN STATUE) featuring an 11-meter-high statue of Guan Yin standing majestically under the blue sky facing the East Sea, alongside Ksitigarbha Hall and Avalokiteshvara Hall built in ancient Vietnamese temple architecture.

  Noon: Depart for SOC TRANG to enjoy lunch at a restaurant and rest. Continue the journey to visit SOM RONG PAGODA, then head back to Saigon.
