Materials had to be transported to an altitude of over 1,400 meters via treacherous sloping roads. The construction team had to work carefully to avoid disrupting the cliff ecosystem.

The two principal architects were:

• Architect Vu Viet Anh (Lead Designer, Founder, and Director of TA Landscape Architecture).

• Architect Pham Thi Ai Thuy (Deputy Director of TA Landscape Architecture, lecturer at HCMC University of Architecture).

They are familiar names associated with major projects such as the Nguyen Hue Flower Street (HCMC) or the Da Lat Flower Festival.
