- The tour guide will pick you up at the pre-arranged meeting point. You will be assisted onto the vehicle to prepare for an exciting journey to the Lao Cai border gate. During the transfer, the tour guide will introduce the destinations and share interesting cultural and culinary insights about Hekou.
- Upon arrival at the border gate, the tour guide will assist you with exit procedures. You will be provided with a border pass and instructed on how to fill out the necessary information. This process is carried out promptly so you can begin exploring Hekou as soon as possible.
- After completing the border procedures, you will step into the vibrant dining and shopping district within a 1km radius. This is the ideal place to discover Chinese culinary culture with signature dishes such as Chinese noodles, steamed buns, and enticing street snacks.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to shop for a diverse range of products, from souvenirs and electronics to fashion items at attractive prices. Free time for exploration will provide you with memorable experiences.
- The tour guide will lead the group to Dailou Supermarket, one of the well-known supermarkets for domestic Chinese consumer goods. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore local products, from processed foods to household essentials.
- Take your time to select your favorite items, and feel free to ask your tour guide if you need any product information.
- Next, the group will head to the Light Park (Shanlin Park). This place not only features refreshing green landscapes but is also an ideal spot to unwind and capture beautiful photographs. You can stroll through the park, enjoy the scenery, and take in the fresh air.
- Here, the tour guide will introduce leisure activities and famous snack areas where you can savor local street foods.
