Detailed itinerary
18:20: Guests assemble at the International Departure Terminal, Tan Son Nhat Airport (2nd Floor), where our Tour Guide will welcome you and assist with check-in procedures for flight VJ3930 SGN – TFU (21:25 – 02:00) bound for Chengdu. While waiting, guests can enjoy a light snack at the airport before boarding.
02:00: Arriving at Chengdu airport, the Tour Guide will continue to assist you with immigration procedures. Afterwards, the vehicle and guide will transfer the group to the hotel for check-in and rest after a long journey, getting ready for exciting experiences ahead in this "heaven on earth".
Morning: Guests rest and enjoy breakfast at the hotel, or freely stroll around to explore Chengdu.
Afternoon: The Tour Guide assists the group with hotel check-out. Guests enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, the group departs for the train station to experience the high-speed train to Mao County (one-way ticket included). While waiting for the train, guests can freely shop or enjoy Chagee milk tea - a very famous beverage in China (at your own expense).
Upon arrival, the group begins touring:
- Songpan Ancient Town: Guests will feel the ancient atmosphere through rustic wooden houses, small alleys, and centuries-old bridges.
- The group travels past the Red Army Memorial Monument and listens to historical stories shared by the guide.
- Chuanzhusi Town: Visit this unique town, home to four ethnic groups: Tibetan, Hui, Han, and Qiang.
Evening: The group enjoys dinner in Chuanzhusi Town, then transfers to the hotel for overnight stay in Jiuzhaigou.
Morning:
After breakfast at the hotel, the group departs to visit Jiuzhaigou – a masterpiece of nature with magnificent scenery, often referred to as "heaven on earth". Here, you will have the opportunity to admire the perfect beauty of 12 mountain peaks, over 100 exquisite lakes, and 17 waterfalls of various sizes, set within a diverse ecosystem on limestone mountains at altitudes ranging from 2,000m to 4,000m. Guests will travel by sightseeing bus inside the scenic area to ensure you don't miss any breathtaking views.
Afternoon:
The group enjoys lunch at a local restaurant, sampling regional specialties of Jiuzhaigou. Afterwards, you will continue your journey exploring the crystal-clear, shimmering lakes that look like jewels formed from sedimentary limestone. Unmissable stops include: Long Lake, Tiger Lake, Sparkling Lake, Double Dragon Lake, Swan Lake, Mirror Lake, Primeval Forest, and Pearl Shoal Waterfall.
Evening:
Guests will experience a special Yak beef hotpot feast at a Tibetan family home – a unique cultural opportunity to learn about local cuisine and customs. After dinner, the bus will transfer the group back to the hotel to rest.
Guests are free to explore Jiuzhaigou at night. For an enriched cultural experience, you may register to watch the Jiuzhai Romantic Show – one of the largest scale live performances in Sichuan, China, deeply imbued with the region's traditional artistic heritage. (Expense: 380 RMB/person).

Morning:
After breakfast at the hotel, the guide will assist guests with check-out procedures. The group departs to continue exploring this stunning plateau region. The first stop is a Plateau Specialty Shop, where you can shop for characteristic local products such as tea, mushrooms, honey, and rare medicinal herbs. This is a great opportunity to purchase gifts for family and friends.
Next, the group visits the Tibetan Cultural Village – Aba Pure Land, a famous tourist destination on the Jiuzhaigou route. This cultural village reflects the authentic traditional identity of the Tibetan people, from architecture and customs to spiritual beliefs. You will experience local life and culture, learn about Tibetan Buddhism, and discover their unique traditional customs.
Afternoon:
Following the morning tour, the group has lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, the vehicle takes guests onwards to Dujiangyan, a peaceful city nestled near the mountains.
En route, the group stops by a Silver & Gemstone Jewelry Store, displaying and selling exquisite jewelry crafted from natural silver and gemstones of the plateau region. This is an opportunity to learn about craftsmanship and collect unique jewelry pieces for yourself.
The group continues to visit Diexi Lake, a destination offering majestic beauty and deep historical significance. This place is tied to the memory of the catastrophic 1933 earthquake in China, leaving a profound mark on the local people. You can take photos with the Yak – an iconic animal of the Tibetan region (at your own expense).
Evening:
Guests enjoy dinner at a local restaurant featuring local specialties of the Dujiangyan mountainous area. Afterwards, the guide will transfer the group to the hotel for check-in and rest. In the evening, you can freely explore Dujiangyan at night, a city with peaceful scenery and colorful local culture.

Afterwards, the vehicle departs to take the group to Chengdu, one of the cities renowned for its rich heritage and distinctive Sichuan cuisine. En route, the group will stop at several interesting sightseeing spots to further discover the beauty of this region.
The first stop is Yangtianwo Square, where you have the opportunity to take photos with the famous art installation Selfie Panda created by artist Florentijn Hofman. This outdoor sculpture attracts many visitors thanks to its cute depiction of the giant panda, the icon of Sichuan.
The group continues to the Dujiangyan Panda Base, where you can see giant pandas up close in a carefully preserved and maintained natural habitat. Set amid lush green forest, this site serves not only as a sanctuary but also as a world-renowned panda research center. Guests will enjoy a tour by electric shuttle, saving time and gaining a comprehensive view of the reserve.
Afternoon:
After exploring the panda base, the group will have lunch at a local restaurant, savoring flavors characteristic of Sichuan cuisine. After lunch, the group continues discovering Chengdu.
The next stop is Kuanzhai Alley (Wide and Narrow Alleys), a famous historical street in Chengdu where visitors can fully feel the city's cultural charm and history. Featuring ancient paved brick paths and cute small shops, it is an ideal spot to stroll, take photos, and sample local snacks.
The group will also have the chance to visit Chunxi Road, the most bustling commercial street in central and western China. Hosting over 700 diverse stores, it is a shopping paradise for enthusiasts of fashion, food, and souvenirs. You can snap photos with the super popular Giant Panda sculpture at the IFS shopping mall – a modern symbol of Chengdu.
Next, the group visits Jinli Ancient Street, a famous historic area boasting traditional architecture dating back to the Three Kingdoms period. This is a must-see destination for history and culture enthusiasts. The thousand-year-old beauty of Jinli Ancient Street alongside traditional shops and teahouses creates a serene, romantic atmosphere that attracts visitors from around the globe.
Evening:
Guests will enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, indulging in signature Sichuan cuisine dishes known for their rich and spicy flavors. After dinner, the guide and bus transfer the group to Chengdu Airport. Here, the guide assists with check-in procedures for flight VJ3931 TFU-SGN (03:00 - 05:55) returning to Ho Chi Minh City.
Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the guide assists guests with immigration and baggage collection. The program concludes successfully; the guide bids farewell to the group and looks forward to seeing you on future journeys.
