Thanh Tan Hot Springs was discovered in 1928 by French physician Albert Sallet. Through numerous scientific studies, the water source here has been identified as belonging to the sulphate - calcium - hydrocarbonate mineral group, rich in silica and with a natural temperature ranging from 56–69°C, offering many health benefits such as muscle relaxation, circulation support, and energy recovery.
Not only distinguished by its precious mineral source, Thanh Tan also boasts a resort space spanning nearly 50 hectares, surrounded by forests, hills, and fresh air. The soaking pool system is designed in harmony with the natural landscape, offering a relaxing feel amidst nature rather than typical artificial pools. It is this combination of natural hot springs and a peaceful green environment that creates its unique appeal, making Thanh Tan a top resort choice for many visitors to Hue.
