From the center of Hue City, follow these directions:

Le Huan Street -> cross Da Vien Bridge -> turn into Bui Thi Xuan Street -> continue turning onto Dien Bien Phu - Dang Huy Tu Street to reach the road leading up to Ngu Binh Mountain.
